Tell Poilievre and the Conservatives: Cut Ties with Loblaw Lobbyists

Food prices in Canada are at an all time high and people are really struggling to afford even the basics.

Recently it was reported that a "key adviser" to the Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre runs a lobbying firm that works on behalf of grocery-giant Loblaws.

Loblaws has been a focal point in Ottawa lately, with NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh asking, "how much profit is too high?"

According to the Conservatives, the Loblaw lobbyist in question Jenni Byrne, does not currently lobby the federal government on behalf of Loblaws. Fair enough, but there needs to remain a clear firewall between industry and political leaders.

It's not a good look for Pierre Poilievre and the Conservative Party of Canada that are promising lower food prices if elected.

Send a message today telling Pierre Poilievre and the Conservative Party of Canada to cut ties with Loblaws. Once we hit 1,000 we will send all of your messages on to the Conservative Party and Pierre Poilievre and keep you updated on any responses.
